Farmhouse detail: reusing our wedding sign

This custom wedding sign, made from rustic salvaged wood by Paper Walrus, was a bridal shower gift from my Mom and Grandma. On wedding day it sat on our porch on top of a beautiful vintage easel welcoming our guests, and afterward, we wanted to find the perfect place to incorporate it into our home decor. The blank space above the staircase coming down from our loft master bedroom seemed to be made for this sign, with the rustic wood tying in well with a set of custom black antlers from White Faux Taxidermy. Its placement provides such a sweet daily reminder of the celebration we were lucky enough to be a part of on May 3, 2014.
