Farmhouse detail: interior black doors

When repainting the inside of the farmhouse before moving in, the dark wooden floors inspired us to create a striking contrast with bright white walls and black decorative accents (like our moose head, The Leonard, from White Faux Taxidermy. The decision to paint black the interior doors of the office, man cave and guest bedroom was a bold move that made us a bit nervous at first... but we immediately fell in love with the result.

At our wedding, the doors became a backdrop for a part of the shoot we did around the house following the ceremony. We just got our prints back, and can't wait to add this one to the photo wall behind it!
